Background: 
Riley had his life planned out like a roadmap ahead of him, and only he had the keys to move it forward. He was living out on his own, starting his years in college. His girlfriend, Amber, made his days brighter and always encouraged him to accomplish more than he had to. No matter how much he tried, he would always get caught up in some rainstorm or another. But he never let the cold, gloom days bring him down or divert him from his path. Ever since he was little, he dreamed of producing music or working at a radio station at least. Something with music, something that would drive his passion. 

He always found a drive on rainy days, and loved the rain. That's what inspired him to pursue a career path in music. The pitter-patter of the rain drops, the booms of rolling thunder, and the snap of lighting. He was one who could find music surrounding him. 

He would seem most calm during rain storms, and he would always lower his guard/attention just to listen to his music.

Personality: 
He tries to be easy going, and get along with anyone who doesn't provoke him. He tends to laugh at jokes, even when they weren't meant to funny. 
Though, he will tune you out if he feels the need to, and deliver he attention to something that catches his eyes. 

Keeping his attention is a struggle, since he seems to find a distraction at every direction he sees.

Riley cocked his head up and paused. His face crunched up with a frown, as he knew the the source of the noise. He only sprang forward when he heard it from behind, seconds close to a fatal impact. When he turned, he saw nothing and everything had gone quiet. "What was that...?" he asked, covering his face with his hand from the blinding sun as he looked up once more. After standing there for a minute, he gave an irritated sigh and bounced off back into the shade.
